The Scandal that is not according to the Guardian ad Litem Institute of Maine

DeleteThe "scandal" for MEGALI, the Maine Guardian ad litem Institute, is that some "bad sports" say there is a scandal. One MEGALI board member is said to have reported that she knows she has made the correct decision in a custody case when the one awarded custody has "no complaints"
ReplyDeleteIt sounded like circular reasoning to us. MEGALI is full of "circular reasoning". It is also seen in the useful GAL rationalization: "Not in your child's best interest". When a GAL refuses to explain his/her bill, give reasons for his/her decisions, or explain the need for 'ex parte' communications with the judge. How do we know about what is in "a child's best interest"? Who says so and why? Isn't it an arguable point?
Oops, ... our "inner bad sport" is showing!
It is like the oft quoted: "Because, I'm the "Mommy" and I say so!"
ReplyDeleteI need to lodge a complaint about a GAL Wayne Doane omittted testimony of abuse that was done to my child, think I coached my child when their were three people that saw some abuse and I have two videos and lg journels of the abuse. After all in Waynes Report he says "He isnt father of the year and COULD use parneting clases.. Really.. The ex has had drug deals in the driveway, abused my son, me and my oder boy and also has negected my son.Smokes pot 5x or more daily and is on craiglist goign to golory holes and have girl in and out of the house givin meds to him that arent for a 10year old and soooooo much more.. Where do I go for this compliant?

DeleteYes, Wayne Doane has a history of this type of cover up and he will be exposed. It is only a matter of time.

DeleteMy friend is having a huge problem with Wayne down he is complety ignoring the children's complains about having no heat and no food at their fathers and their father is a heroin junkie who is also a drug dealer and he's forcing the kids to go there.

DeleteYes, I have heard these complaints many times about this man from several places humm whats wrong here ?!!! Sooner or later, or hopefully sooner the system will put a stop to this. Enough people in this state know about this behavior !! they have been victums too.
