Do you believe that having cameras in Family Courts would increase court accountability?
Helping others to understand the GAL role. For almost every profession you are able to find out how that person is regarded. Guardians ad litem have the power to make life altering decisions - often there is little or no oversight. There is also no accountability. This blog is a resource for families hurt and abused by the family courts and GALs.
Inflated egos, political agendas, power and control of the "Injustice League" would not be deterred by cameras in the court room. The corruption runs deep. Cameras or not, our families would continue to suffer at the hands of those given the task to provide "justice ".

ReplyDeleteI dont think it would hurt to have them. They really need to make it optional to open up the proceedings. the lack of awareness of what happens is stunning! cameras can be fixed after the fact if there were something that they wanted to hide. an open courtroom would make everyone think about what the say or do next. there would be witnesses to help ensure that everyone involved follows the law AS IT IS WRITTEN in our CONSTITUTION and BILL OF RIGHTS! so many family's would still be together if they just had to follow the law as it is written. They do not. they don't seem to follow any written law at all! just making it up as they go!
