We are all taught to respect our courts and those that work within the court system. That they are there to decide what is fair and just for all parties. When that does not happen how do you let others know without coming across as sounding crazy? There are many Representatives who are listening to the Judiciary and Representatives that make a living off of the divorce industry (lawyers and GALs) who are "educating" the law makers they work with of what is right or wrong. What is best for the state. These people tend to be self-serving. In cases where parental control is given to one parent or the influence of that parent supersedes the other also falls into the 50/50 split. It is a violation of the Constitution and Parental Rights by the court. We have to fight and make them more aware of the negative effect that a GAL's decision has on the child/children when they ad lib instead of really do what they are supposed to in order to come up with a plan that is fair to the child/children and also "BOTH" parents.<br />We have to win this one.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
