We have gone through th...Thank you for the comment. We have gone through the proposed rules numerous times and while it gets "easier" to understand with each read - it is still hard to understand. Several Family Law lawyers have read through and commented that these new rules are a nightmare that only a lawyer(s) could love. The public was very much kept out of the picture - and for good reason. They ar...I have tried to read throught these rules. They are confusing and as a result mean nothing to me. I do not look forward to having to use these rules as a parent who is doing it on my own without legal representation. The current rules - while bad - are at least understandable.
